Each order is made after payment received. Your item will be made from scratch, it never lies on the shelf waiting to be sold. Made for your dog right from the start.
That’s why 1 – 2 days is added for production time.

There can be custom taxes when your package arrives.
You are responsible for custom taxes, but I do my best to pack it as gift for you.

You can choose standard shipping with standard shipping time. If you order express shipping – your order will be first in a line at production as well. Shipping costs depend on shipping options and delivery country, see prices above.
How to Order
After finding right clothing for your dog, please measure your dog so you can choose the right size, other details and add your billing and shipping information to shopping cart.
Shop confidently knowing:
- If you need help with measures, please see the instructions here, or contact me for help. We can do a video call and do the measuring together.
- Even if you make a mistake while measuring, you still can exchange the item. I will ask for description how the size should be fixed, take photos or even video, so I can understand why the size did not fit. I will ask you to pay for the shipping.
- If during 1 year after the purchase you experience inconvenience or any damages of the item (this does not include if dog size changed, or you did not follow the care instructions), you can send it back to fix it. I will ask to pay for the shipping only.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return the item or exchange the size, please contact me before:
- in 24 hours after purchase is made (you made a mistake with the order, and want to cancel it)
- in 24 hours after you received it (you did not use it outside and you don’t like it and want to return it)
- for return and exchange I will ask you to pay for the shipping.
